Staying Healthy through the Winter

It’s important to maintain good immune health all year, but particularly in the winter months where we’re all indoors more than we’re out of doors.

To maintain good immune health, take Vitamin D3.

Vitamin D is one of the four fat-soluble vitamins that help fight respiratory infections. Many people who have had Covid have tested with very low vitamin D levels. Vitamin D can be created naturally with exposure to sun, but in the winter months, exposure times are very long, so a supplement is best.
