Massage is Therapy for TMJ, Jaw Clenching and Teeth Grinding

The muscles you use to chew when tight an inflexible can lead to teeth grinding, jaw clenching and pain in the joint where the jaw attaches. These conditions can lead to other painful conditions such as headaches and is suspected in tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Neuromuscular massage can relieve the tension in the face and jaw to relieve the pain and other symptoms.
