Increasing Your Energy – Breathe Deeply

Watch how you breathe. If you breathe shallowly, whether from anxiety or poor posture, your oxygen supply could be low which will make you tired. Try to breathe deeply for 15-30 seconds, 5 to 7 times per day to increase your energy.
