Gardeners are prone to injuring the knees during repetitive kneeling and standing, but also from staying on one’s knees for a period of time while planting or weeding. Take breaks to stand up and walk around, and the following day if the pain in your knees persists, come in for a good neuromuscular massage. Don’t live in pain or allow pain to persist.
